About Us

In August of 2007, we realized that many students have a hard time finding qualified tutors on Kauai. At the same time, it was complicated for tutors to set up their own website and expensive to advertise their services individually. With a background in computers, we teamed up with other tutors to create a shared website that solved these problems, and Kauai Tutors was born.

Mission:

As tutors, our goal is to provide our students the help they need in private or group sessions at a convenient location. We help students understand the topic, improve their grades, complete assignments and build their confidence in class. We help travelers learn the language and culture of their destination, so they can get more out of their experience abroad.

As a tutoring service, our goal is to make it easy for students to find and contact the tutors they need. We help tutors reach potential students and provide a place where tutors can network with other tutors.
