Who we are

Robert and Janel are South Shore locals who have been involved in education for more than three decades.

Between us, we have taught every grade from pre-K to college. We have taught in some highly diverse populations around the country, and we’ve developed a knack for individualizing instruction quickly and (for the most part) easily.

We love watching a student’s eyes light up when they read something they knew they couldn’t read last session, or when they develop a real love and excitement for books that wasn’t there before.

We’ve struggled with education ourselves, and we’ve learned a great deal about what it really takes to successfully homeschool a child as we did it with one of our own daughters.

We can’t wait to help you and your child(ren) break through barriers or achieve an academic goal that feels a little out of reach.
